A pathway for men

I Want to
Read First.

For the curious, cautious, thoughtful men who want to understand the work before booking anything.

A man reading a worn book, absorbed and present

You do not have to be ready to book. Sometimes the first step is reading something that helps you feel less alone. Something that names the thing you have been carrying quietly. You are allowed to read first.

Trust often builds
slowly. That is not
a problem.

For many men, especially men who are thoughtful, cautious, guarded, or a little allergic to being sold to, trust builds slowly.

You are allowed to be curious without immediately signing up for anything. You do not have to join a program, book a session, or have a life-changing revelation before lunch.

You can read, listen, explore, and let the next step become clearer in its own time.

  • You are curious, but not ready to book
  • You want to understand Trevor’s approach first
  • You are exploring touch, intimacy, sexuality, or shame
  • You want thoughtful writing before taking the next step
  • You prefer to build trust slowly
  • You are trying to find language for what you feel
  • You want to learn privately before engaging directly
  • You want education that feels human and compassionate

Start where your curiosity
feels most alive.

None of these require you to be ready for a session. Read, listen, and let the work meet you where you are.

Writing can help name the questions men carry quietly.

These resources are meant to educate, normalize, and help you feel clearer. They are not a substitute for personal support, but they can help you understand what kind of support might be right for you.

Reading can also help you realize that you are not as strange or alone as you may have thought.

  • Why do I feel lonely even when I have people around me?
  • Why is it so hard to ask for touch?
  • Why do I perform sexually instead of feeling present?
  • Why do I want intimacy but pull away when it gets close?
  • Why does shame still live in my body?
  • Why do I miss affection more than I want to admit?
  • Why does my relationship feel loving but not alive?
  • How can I feel more connected to my body, desire, and pleasure?

sounds most like you.

A few pieces
to begin with.

Reading is a wonderful beginning.
But it can also become
a hiding place.

Some men read everything, understand their patterns beautifully, develop exquisite language for their wounds, and still avoid the embodied, vulnerable work of actually changing how they connect.

No judgment. Many of us have tried to heal by becoming extremely well-informed. It is one of the more respectable ways to avoid feeling.

So read first. Truly. Take your time. But when the words start circling the same ache, it may be time to let yourself be supported more directly.

For intimate work, trust matters. Reading can help you get a feel for the tone, values, and approach before making contact. It can also help you realize that you are not as strange or alone as you may have thought.
