At Trevor James, LLC, all services are offered with care, professionalism, and respect for each client’s time, privacy, and wellbeing. Because my work is appointment-based and often requires preparation, space-holding, scheduling, and limited availability, the following policy helps create clarity and fairness for both client and practitioner.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited or charged in full.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the booking confirmation link, email, or contact method provided at the time of booking.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments are not affected. The full session fee will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may be forfeited.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide advance notice, the session will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds

All payments for completed services are non-refundable.

Because services such as bodywork, massage therapy, cuddle therapy, sacred intimacy, intimacy coaching, workshops, and consultations involve reserved time, professional preparation, and personalized care, refunds are not provided once a service has been delivered.

If you prepaid for a session and cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment.

Prepaid Sessions, Packages & Memberships

Prepaid sessions, packages, and memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Unused sessions may be rescheduled or applied as credit according to the terms of the specific package, membership, or offer purchased.

Membership sessions must be used within the billing period unless the membership terms state otherwise. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be forfeited.

Workshops, Classes & Events

Payments for workshops, classes, retreats, and special events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the event registration page.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible participant or apply the payment toward a future event, when possible and at the sole discretion of Trevor James, LLC.

Some events may have their own separate cancellation policy, especially retreats, intensives, or limited-capacity workshops. In those cases, the event-specific policy will apply.

Digital Products, Courses & Downloadable Materials

Digital products, downloadable materials, online courses, recorded workshops, and educational resources are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Satisfaction & Concerns

My intention is always to provide a respectful, professional, consent-forward experience.

If you have concerns about your session or experience, please contact me directly within 48 hours so that I can understand what happened and respond appropriately.

While refunds are not guaranteed, I will make a good-faith effort to address concerns with care and professionalism.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with a payment, appointment, or service, please contact me first so we can attempt to resolve it directly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in cancellation of future appointments, packages, memberships, or services.

Practitioner Cancellations

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, scheduling conflict, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit for the full amount paid.

Agreement to Policy

By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, registering for an event, joining a membership, or purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
