Embodied Eros: The Art of Erotic Confidence
What to Expect
There’s a kind of confidence men are taught to perform…
and there’s the kind your body actually believes.
Embodied Eros: The Art of Erotic Confidence is a three-day, in-person, non-residential retreat in Los Angeles for men who are tired of freezing, dissociating, or overthinking their way through intimacy. Men who want to feel more alive in their bodies, clearer in their desires, and unashamed of what they want.
This isn’t about becoming “better in bed.”
It’s about becoming more real in bed… and in your life.
Because for a lot of men, erotic struggle isn’t a lack of desire. It’s a lack of safety. A nervous system that braces. A history of shame. A lifetime of swallowing needs, disguising longing, and calling numbness “fine.”
This weekend is an invitation to do the opposite.
To slow down.
To feel.
To learn the language of your body again.
You’ll build erotic confidence the way it’s actually built: through self-trust, clear consent, and embodied choice. You’ll learn how to recognize the early signals of shutdown, how to come back when you leave yourself, and how to ask for what you want without apology or pressure. You’ll practice boundaries that don’t harden you, and desires that don’t rule you.
And you’ll do it in a room of men who get it—without needing to posture, explain, or pretend.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately: on dates, in hookups, in relationships, and in the quiet moments alone when shame tries to rewrite the story. You’ll also leave with something harder to measure, but easy to recognize…
A steadier nervous system.
A clearer voice.
A body that trusts you.
Embodied Eros isn’t a fantasy. It’s a practice.
And it begins with you—right here, exactly as you are.
